As time progressed, the Executive Engagement program became stronger and more innovative. We found that visual content, interviews and graphics are an increasingly fundamental part of capturing the interest of our customers. We asked ourselves: how do you create the personal interaction you have during a physical meeting in an online environment? We became increasingly creative and adapted our working method to the interaction needs of our customers at that time. For example, we organized a hybrid event from a star restaurant, where the host and speakers were in the restaurant and the participants received an ingredient package at home and received a cooking workshop from the chef. The great thing about these sessions is that we still offer relevant content with good speakers, but at the same time create that executive feeling.
